The Federal Reserve has announced the moving of their check processing site from Los Angeles to Cleveland. As a result, some checks that are drawn on and deposited at banks located in the affected check processing regions and that are currently non-local checks will become local checks subject to faster availability schedules. Effective November 14, 2009, funds availability will be based on the local check hold policy for deposited checks with a routing and transit number containing the following first 4 digits:
0220, 0223, 0410, 0412, 0420-0423, 0430, 0432-0434, 0440-0442, 0515, 0519, 0710-0712, 0719-0720, 0724,
